This image of Luata Tuala, and seven others from the Vatwa tribe of Angola, are continuing their European tour as part of a pop-up collective to be held in Paris in January.
Already shown in Rome and Vienna, a select number of images will feature in Blank Wall's show to be held in France's Galerie Dohyang Lee in early 2027. The photos of the indigenous people of southern Angola were taken when Guy Needham spent a week with them learning their traditions, observing their lifestyle, and talking to the local chief about the history of the Vatwa.
