Hundreds of people made it along to the inaugural showing of the Samburu of Kenya on the Opening Night and throughout Auckland Artweek.
As well as having the opportunity to take away a little piece of Kenya themselves, visitors heard stories of blood drinking, cellphone toting, motorbike riding moran and the joys of the The Moon is Back festivities.
