As one of New Zealand's premiere rodeos, it is full of the usual events such as barrel racing, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling and breakaway roping. Interest in the event has only grown over the years, no doubt helped by the global TV phenomenon that is Yellowstone. You can see a sample of the images here
